That's usually an official map, art or images from (what I assume is) the non-legal version of EFT. This way I get the width & depth of the buildings. I try to find something like a door opening or an item that I know the real life measurements of and then I scale it in the 3D software so that it matches those measurements.
Reserve Map V1 - A simple but detailed and accurate 2D map in the same drawn style of my previous maps Guide Hopefully this will make learning Reserve a bit easier for new and returning players who will be joining when the new patch releases.
Edit, I just noticed, I think Manhole is more to the right on the map. See the little building to the left of where it says "North Checkpoint" on the map? I believe it actually is just south of the little building where the pavement is. 2nd edit: nevermind I see you posted an updated map in the comments.
The map looks pretty good, I've never played Reserve because I didn't enjoy the 3d maps that were available but I might use this one and give it a try Just a bit of advice though, you might as well put a legend with what all the markings mean in the bottom right, there's a lot of empty space there
Reserve Map in 4K - Direct from the wiki. I had a bit of trouble finding my way around this place at first, even with the maps we had. So I decided to make my own while learning how to use Blender in the process (2.8 is awesome). I'm no Maksen but I spent the last few weeks putting this together with help from the guys on the Wiki team.
Reserve is definitely one of the hardest maps to extract from, I would recommend watching Pestilly's Reserve Map Guide, there are timestamps in the description so you can skip to the extracts if that's all you're looking for, but the whole thing is invaluable if you are learning Reserve. Hope this helps and good luck out there!
Phew! Lots of rooms on this one. Hope I could make some buy decisions easier for you guys, feel free to ask questions about the rooms or Reserve. I don't claim to know all about the map though, I learn new things about it almost every day :) Edit : I confused KPRL and KORL Edit 2: Added AESA spawn to RB-ST
Up to now I haven't found a ton of great loot. Doesn't seem particularly dense or better than anywhere else on the map to me. Found some military items like an MGT and circuit boards, and I've found some hardware things like fuel conditioners and a propane tank.
I quickly threw together a Map for anyone whos going to the underground part for the 2 new quests Color coded:-Yellow for stairs *Length of the yellow indicates length of stairs / Shape of the stairs*-Red for Doors/Doorways-Purple for the Power lever-Pink for Control room glass"-Blue for flooded zone"
The orientation is at odds with the typical orientation of a reserve map - you need to rotate counter clockwise 90 degrees. The route to White Queen is also a route into White Pawn. Reply reply
