Lucky for us, the weather atop the mountain was a balmy 70 degrees with a nice breeze. A rarity for the mountain. We drove up the Auto road, which in itself is an experience. The view from the summit was spectacular. There were several of the Cog Railway trains arriving and departing while we were there, for more photo ops.
