Ouellet began her modeling career as a beauty pageant contestant, winning Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada 2003 and finishing second at the International Finals of Miss Hawaiian Tropic 2004. [1] She was also on the cover of Playboy 's 2007 Girls of Canada calendar.
She won Miss Hawaiian Tropic International beauty contest in 1989. In 1992, she made a guest appearance on action drama series Baywatch as motorcyclist Jessie Majors, and returned to play the role for the show's fourth season. [2] In 1998, she became the third actress to portray Neely Capshaw on season nine of Baywatch.
