I am having this issue too. Unable to download as of yesterday. The last time I downloaded was 9/21/2020. When I called SECU they said to call Quicken. What a mess. Like others I will not renew if this problem isn't resolved. If the credit union changed their security protocol, it seems Quicken should adapt somehow.

Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (routing number 231381116) and Cross Valley Federal Credit Union (routing number 231386881) failing to download new transactions/balances. I've deactivated and tried to reactive but now Quicken will not connect to either institution. This makes me sure that it is a Quicken product problem.
Received OL-220-A errors for last few weeks. Had to deactivate & reactive with Quicken Support by phone probably 4 times. Finally had it fixed 4/15/2021, everything reconciled to the penny. Updated Friday morning & all heck broke loose. Duplicate transactions, & even missing some transactions.

I know this topic has been discussed over on the Quicken for Windows board, but I am having problems connecting to the NC State Employees Credit Union using Direct Connect using Quicken for Mac. I change my connection method to Direct Connect but whenever I do an update, it is switched back to Quicken Connect.
You will also note that the release notes for the patch say nothing about it. [removed - no soliciting] I think it is a Quicken problem and not on the bank's end because Quicken "fixed" it but then the errors started coming in again. Bank says it is Quicken and there is nothing they can do.

Not a huge discount, but State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) sells tickets in all of their branches (not sure if you need to be a member, but if you are not, you probably know someone who is who could get the tickets). The adult tickets are $46 each. No discount on the children's tickets. You might want to look into AAA, too, if you are a member.
