Tower Hobby ARF Prices Does anyone know what is going on with the “new” ARF prices at Tower? Each plane now has two prices listed the “original” price in red (the price it has been for the past year (about) ) and a price in black to the right of the red price that is stricken out to make it seem the red price is the “new” sale price.

Tower Hobbies. All, I have several buddies that have orders with Tower Hobbies that they placed around the fourth of july (week prior and after). I placed an order on the 3rd. Everyone including myself havent received our orders. Some have been issued tracking numbers that don't work and changed them several times in emails.
Custom tower hobby airboat. This boat was built last year and ran once in the water and then one time this past winter in the snow. It’s set up with a huge align trex600 pro brushless motor with a dynamite marine ESC and a waterproof spectrum servo and receiver. Has acouple lights installed and a diamond plate bumper. Could be run on 3s,4s,or 6s.
Registered User. The old Tower Hobbies we loved was owned by Hobbico. Hobbico was the parent company for many brands of excellent RC equipment. Unfortunately, Hobbico was a poorly managed business that accumulated tremendous amounts of debt and ultimately failed. Horizon Hobby acquired parts of the business, including the Tower Hobbies IP.

I bought a kit that was shipped with a bad motor, I showed them the problem via a brief explanation/video and they sent out my replacement the same day.

The all new Tower Hobbies Sport GP/EP ARF features lines reminiscent of the Kaos sport airplane, but with modern styling. The Sport can be outfitted with either an electric motor or nitro engine, and has a semi-symmetrical airfoil with a slight amount of dihedral.
