Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC), with target completion by 31 March 2025, is an under construction twin-track 121.7-kilometre (75.6 mi)-km long, 160 km per hour high-speed, railway project in Haryana state of India, which will run around along the Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE) on the western side of Delhi.
There is also a proposal connecting Palwal directly from Sonepat. Haryana government has given approval to connect Harsana Kala to Palwal railway station. This will directly connect North Haryana to Southern Haryana. To reduce Delhi mein rail traffic, it will be a bypass pariyojna which will run along the KMP Expressway.

The construction work of 135 km-long Eastern Peripheral Expressway was divided into 6 packages and was awarded to 5 different contractors. There are 406 structures including 8 railway-over-bridges (ROB), 4 major bridges, 46 minor bridges, 2 toll plaza, 3 flyovers, 7 interchanges, 70 vehicular-underpasses (VUP), 151 pedestrian underpasses, and 114 culverts.

[1] [2] It is one of the three RapidX corridors planned under Phase-1 of the Rapid Rail Transport System of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). With maximum speed of 160 km/h and average speed of 120 km/h, commuters using the system will be able to cover the distance between Karnal and Delhi in 45 minutes.
