The EDSA Carousel, also known as Route 1 and formerly and still referred to as Route E, is a bus rapid transit (BRT) system, part of several bus routes in Metro Manila. [2] It is situated along EDSA and other roads, running on a dedicated right-of-way called the EDSA Busway, separated from normal road traffic in most of its stretch by concrete barriers and steel bollards on the innermost lane.

The new bus lane spans from Monumento to PITX and is divided by concreted barriers and steel fences.

Thames Travel [1] is a bus operator serving the southern part of the English county of Oxfordshire.It is based in Didcot and is a subsidiary of the Go-Ahead Group's Oxford Bus Company operation alongside both Carousel Buses of Buckinghamshire & Pulham's Coaches of Gloucestershire, having been purchased as a 35-vehicle independent operator by group in May 2011.
Due to its location at Araneta City, the station is located in a major transportation hub. Prior to the establishment of the EDSA Carousel, provincial buses stopped at the Araneta Center Bus Terminal within the complex. Currently, the EDSA Carousel does not stop at Cubao and as such, is served by other bus routes.
