Greene Township is a largely rural area in the southwestern part of Beaver County. According to the United States Census Bureau , the township has a total area of 26.2 square miles (67.9 km 2 ), of which 25.0 square miles (64.8 km 2 ) is land and 1.2 square miles (3.1 km 2 ), or 4.56%, is water.
