Wiring is an open-source electronics prototyping platform composed of a programming language, an integrated development environment (IDE), and a single-board microcontroller. It was developed starting in 2003 by Hernando Barragán. Barragán started the project at the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea.

[[Category:Programming language templates]] to the <includeonly> section at the bottom of that page. Otherwise, add <noinclude>[[Category:Programming language templates]]</noinclude> to the end of the template code, making sure it starts on the same line as the code's last character.
Some suggest that design patterns may be a sign that features are missing in a given programming language (Java or C++ for instance). Peter Norvig demonstrates that 16 out of the 23 patterns in the Design Patterns book (which is primarily focused on C++) are simplified or eliminated (via direct language support) in Lisp or Dylan . Ionic apps run with a mixture of native code and web code, providing full access to native functionality if necessary, with the bulk of the UI of the app built with standard web technology. Ionic utilizes native hardware acceleration features available in the browser (such as CSS animations) and optimizes rendering (avoiding expensive DOM ...
Since the textual source code could be generated in different textual programming languages like C and Python, PWCT could be used in developing projects that have different requirements like Internet of Things (IoT) projects, [23] Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications, [24] GUI projects [25] and Text processing applications ...
This is a list of free and open-source software (FOSS) packages, computer software licensed under free software licenses and open-source licenses. Software that fits the Free Software Definition may be more appropriately called free software ; the GNU project in particular objects to their works being referred to as open-source . [ 1 ]
Design by contract (DbC), also known as contract programming, programming by contract and design-by-contract programming, is an approach for designing software.
