In May 2009, Crnogorski Telekom a.d., T-Mobile Crna Gora d.o.o. and Internet Crna Gora d.o.o. were merged into one legal entity, Crnogorski Telekom a.d. In 2012, the T-Com and T-Mobile brands were replaced by the T brand, under which all products are now marketed.

Pošta Crne Gore (English: Montenegro Post) is Montenegro's national postal service.It was created on 31 December 1998 following the division of PTT Montenegro into two separate organisations, one handling telecommunications (Crnogorski Telekom) and one handling postal service (Pošta Crne Gore).
Radio Cetinje commenced broadcasts on 27 November 1944 and in 1949, Radio Titograd was formed. In 1990 it changed its name to Radio Crna Gora. In 1957, the first TV antenna was placed on Mount Lovćen. It was able to receive pictures from Italy. RTV Titograd was established in 1963 to produce original television programmes.
