Sky Valley is a city in Rabun County, Georgia, United States and is nestled in a mountain valley on the northwest slopes of Rabun Bald, Georgia's second-highest peak. Incorporated in March 1978, [ 4 ] it recorded a total population of 250 as of the 2000 U.S. census , and 482 as of 2020.
The falls are on private property and cannot be accessed. They can be seen only at a distance from Hwy 246 heading from Dillard to Sky Valley. By the final border crossing the highway will merge back into two-lanes. Continuing north in North Carolina, several roads near the border connect back into Georgia to the mountain resort area of Sky Valley.
