The First Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy ministry (or also known as 22nd ministry of Andhra Pradesh) of the state of Andhra Pradesh was formed on 14 May 2004 headed by Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy as the Chief Minister following the 2004 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election.
The bill was passed by the legislative assembly on September 21 of 2022. It is renamed after the former chief minister Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy who was a professional doctor and initiated the "108 ambulance scheme", free treatment for poor middle-class people in private hospitals through a scheme called "Aarogyasri".
