Jackson Township is located in the northern portion of Ste. Genevieve County. A number of streams run through the township: Carpenter Branch, Coots Creek, Cunningham Branch, Fourche a du Clos, Goose Creek, Isle du Bois Creek, Kinsey Creek, and Pin Hook Branch.
