Paul Wade Bowen (born 1977) is an American Texas Country/Red Dirt singer from Waco, Texas, United States. Bowen was a member of the band West 84 with friend Matt Miller until 2001 when the group became known as Wade Bowen and West 84. [1] He released his first album in 2002, Try Not To Listen, which became a regional hit in Texas. [2]
It was released in the fall of 2008. The album captures the emotion Bowen's wife's battle with post-partum depression. [1] The song "Daddy and the Devil" features the vocals of singer/songwriter Chris Knight. The album's second single, "Trouble," is the second of Bowen's songs to have a music video, which was directed by Evan Kaufmann. [2]

Randy Rogers was born in Cleburne, Texas.At the age of 6 years, he learned to play the piano from his grandmother, and later started playing the guitar. [2]The Randy Rogers Band recorded its debut album, Live at Cheatham Street Warehouse, at a music hall of the same name in San Marcos, Texas.
Cross Canadian Ragweed started when Randy Ragsdale met Cody Canada, Matt Weidemann, and Grady Cross, who had also been playing together. The four had known each other since grade school and started playing together in Ragsdale's home seven nights a week under the tutelage of Ragsdale's father, Johnny, who had worked with musical artists in the area.
