    Be sure to prep the pan well and after it has cooled about 10 minutes out of the oven, put a cake rack over the pan & turn the whole thing over together. The cake should fall out b y itself. I usually bake mine at 325 1/4 sheet takes 35 min. 11x15 takes 40 minutes and a 12x18 takes about 45-50 min.
