Headquarters House, located at 118 East Dickson Street, is a historic house within the Washington–Willow Historic District in Fayetteville, Arkansas.The most historically significant structure in the city, it was built in 1853 and used as a base of operations for both the Union and Confederate States of America at different periods during the American Civil War.
The Clinton House is a historic house museum at 930 West Clinton Drive in Fayetteville, Arkansas.Built in 1931, it was the first home of Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham while they both taught at the University of Arkansas School of Law and was where they married in 1975.
The house was built in 1845, by David Walker, and is one of a small number of Fayetteville properties to survive the American Civil War (although it was damaged by a shell). It was owned for many years by the Stone family, and reacquired by a Stone descendant in the late 1960s with an eye toward its restoration.

The city appealed to the Circuit Judge, who sided with the county. The Fayetteville-occupied offices were emptied by 1928, but structural problems continued to plague the building.
