The Mitsubishi Toppo (Japanese: 三菱・トッポ) is a light recreational vehicle (RV) produced by Mitsubishi Motors from 1990 until 2004 and then from 2008 until 2013. The original version was derived from their Minica kei car and the first two generations were called the Minica Toppo.

The JH4 was an F-head engine based on the Willys Hurricane engine and its predecessor Willys Go-Devil sidevalve four, and was used to power early Mitsubishi Jeeps as well as Mitsubishi Fuso trucks and buses. It was of 2.2 L (2,199 cc), had 69 HP and formed the basis for the KE31, a diesel engine of the same dimensions.
The precursor of the Minica was the Mitsubishi 360, a series of light trucks introduced in April 1961.Designed for the lowest kei car vehicle tax classification, it was powered by an air-cooled 359 cc, 17 PS (13 kW) engine, providing a lowly 80 km/h (50 mph) top speed but with a fully syncromeshed four-speed transmission.
