The 1975 Penn Quakers football team represented the University of Pennsylvania as a member of the Ivy League during the 1975 NCAA Division I football season. In their fifth year under head coach Harry Gamble , the Quakers compiled an overall record of 3–6 with a mark of 2–5 in conference play, tying for sixth place in the Ivy League.
