The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) is a voluntary bar association for the state of Maryland. Friedman, Myrna E. Friedman was admitted to the Illinois Bar by bar examination in 1977 and admitted to the District of Columbia Bar by reciprocity in 1980.
