Just load a channel and fetch the HTML content, then with a query selector you can determine what's a PFP then get the data and send it in a channel. But if they want to just get all members they can use your method if they use python of course.
Thats your best bet. Discord will compress it, but saving at top quality at final resolution will give it the least steps to the compression it desires. I can see you got a pixel shift misaligning your logo vertically too. That would also be avoided by saving at native res and not letting discord handle the resize.
