John O'Bannon had instead made the county's first survey on Virginia Military District land on Nov. 13, 1787, on the site of the village of Neville.
Bantam is an unincorporated community in Clermont County, Ohio, United States. [1] It is the location of Bethel Methodist Church, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
