Montreal Central Station (French: Gare centrale de Montréal, IATA: YMY) is the major inter-city rail station and a major commuter rail hub in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.Nearly 11 million rail passengers use the station every year, [7] making it the second-busiest train station in Canada, after Toronto Union Station.

Central is a Purple Line station of the Chicago Transit Authority 'L' system. Located at 1024 Central Street in Evanston , Illinois (directional coordinates 2600 north, 1000 west), the elevated platform sits above Central Street, half a block west of Ridge Avenue.
The station does not contain a ticket agent booth; passengers must purchase their tickets on board the train. As of February 16, 2024, Evanston Main Street is served by 59 trains (30 inbound, 29 outbound) on weekdays, by 24 trains (12 in each direction) on Saturdays, and by all 18 trains (nine in each direction) on Sundays and holidays.
