The EP debuted at number 4 on the South Korean Gaon Album Chart becoming the group's fifth consecutive top five album. The album sold 97,300 copies in its first two days of availability debuting at number 11 on the Gaon Monthly Albums Chart with only two days of tracking and becoming their fastest selling project. On September 16 Blockberry Creative announced Loona's new mini-album titled [12:00] scheduled to be released in October. A teaser was released on the same day which opens with a shot of a clock reading 11:59 p.m. in Seoul.

Loona 1/3, consisting of members HeeJin, HyunJin, HaSeul, and new member, ViVi, released Love & Live, accompanied by the title track of the same name on March 13. On October 31, 2020, the first episode of season 1 was released. In the episode, Rogers and Horvitz return as Blitzo and Moxxie, and while Lindbeck returns as Loona, she is replaced by Vivian Nixon as the voice of Millie. Baker was replaced by Bryce Pinkham as Stolas. Guest stars of the episode include Monsoon, Mara Wilson, and Maxwell Atoms.
