Skyrim VR Modding Guide. This is a A-Z modding guide for SkyrimVR. This writeup has been compiled, frequently updated and extensively tested, to work flawlessly for a complete playthrough with a decent list of 180-200 mods. I'm just a hotel guy, and I *know* I can learn modding, and have done simple ones for Alien: Isolation VR, etc.
These three steps can take several minutes so be patient. You can look at your console to watch the progress if you want. Go into the game settings, select VR Performance, turn OFF Dynamic Resolution. Turn OFF TAA if you want the 'Parallax shader fix' to work properly.
Note that we are using an older edition of the mod as new versions break SkyrimVR. Skyrim VR - USSEP 4.2.2 and SSE 1.5.97 Compatability Patch [www.nexusmods.com] - makes USSEP work with SkyrimVR. VRIK Player Avatar [www.nexusmods.com] - gives you a body. I don't find this as hard a requirement as others, but so many do that it's worth putting here.

In VRFpsStabilizer.ini (in Data/SKSE/Plugins), set AutoConfigEnabled=0 (this disables the FPS stabilizer function of the mod but allows the console commands in the .ini to work. if you use the FPS stabilizer mod you can keep this setting to AutoConfigEnabled=1) [Settings] AutoConfigEnabled=0 [DataLoaded] #Runs after the game opened and menu is ...
Spiders have been part of fantasy rpg since the beginning of time. It’s vr, nothing is real. You don't need to own a VR headset to know how unpleasant it feels to look down over a cliffside. Real or not, you're going to get some weird feelings because of the difference that depth perception would make.

Step 5: Fix the VR Mod List 1 - After Downloading all mods, download "SkyUI" latest release and drag that to vortex for installation. [github.com] - It should be named something like SkyUI.v1.2.1.7z (not the source codes) 2 - Next Find and Remove (uninstall) "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch" - causes the F*CKING GAME TO NOT RUN
Hi, I'm trying to use the Vortex mod manager for Skyrim VR. It sounds really easy to use but it's just not working... I've tried two simple mods (no plugins or need for the script extender), both are installed, enabled and deployed, but neither show up in game. I modified the SkyrimPrefs.ini file to have the and bEnableFileSelection=1 lines at the end.
