The National Museum of Fine Arts (Filipino: Pambansang Museo ng Sining [1] [2]), formerly known as the National Art Gallery, is an art museum in Manila, Philippines. It is located on Padre Burgos Avenue across from the National Museum of Anthropology in the eastern side of Rizal Park .
The gallery was founded by sculptor Jason Tecson with painters Pow Martinez, Jeona Zoleta, and Sam Kiyoumarsi. [1] From 2012-2016, Geronimo Cristobal and Jason Tecson served as directors of the art gallery which briefly opened a space in The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, in Taguig. A number of artists exhibited and held studios at its premises.
