Rayna Jaymes is a nine-time Grammy Award–winner and fifteen-time CMA Award–nominee, the daughter of the late Virginia Wyatt and her husband, corrupt, politically connected Nashville businessman Lamar Wyatt. She grew up in a wealthy family where her father Lamar had years ago been mayor of Nashville. Her mom died when she was 12.
Felix Robertson was born on January 11, 1781, at the fort Freeland's Station, which was later commemorated as a neighborhood of Nashville. [1] [2] He was born to General James Robertson and his wife Charlotte Reeves, who had arrived with the first large group of settlers in Middle Tennessee.
Robertson died near Memphis and was buried there. His family had his remains moved and re-interred in 1825 in the Nashville City Cemetery, to memorialize his contributions there. [3] His son, Felix Robertson (1781-1865), served as Mayor of Nashville from 1818 to 1819. [4]
