Battery was an American straight edge youth crew hardcore punk band from Washington, D.C. that was active from 1990 until 1998 and re-formed for a brief reunion in 2012. They toured on numerous occasions around both the United States and Europe and had several releases, including 3 full-length LPs, the last of which was released on Revelation Records.

Pulp Summer Slam was an annual music festival in the Philippines.It was founded and produced by Pulp Live World Productions, Inc. The festival consisted of local and international rock and metal bands with the occasional line-up of hip hop, ska, reggae, pop rock, and other genres.

The group has released five studio albums under Sony Music Philippines: Permission to Shine (2003), Panorama (2005), Home (2007), Fiesta! Magsasaya Ang Lahat (2007), and Project: 6cyclemind (2009). They previously performed for the Tanduay 's "First Five", along with Rico Blanco (2009), Kamikazee , Chicosci , Sandwich and Bamboo (2010).
