The Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science was established by legislative action in 2006 by the Kansas Legislature. [1] The establishment of this program stemmed from national concern regarding anticipated shortages of students who would be sufficiently well prepared in mathematical and scientific problem solving.
Full Moon Features is an American independent motion picture production and distribution company headed by B-movie veteran Charles Band.It is known for the direct-to-video series Puppet Master, Trancers, and Subspecies, as well as the film Castle Freak and the VideoZone featurette through 1989 to 2013.
Like Empire, Full Moon specializes in horror and fantasy films. Since October 1998, most of Empire's library is owned by MGM via Orion Pictures following its acquisition of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment's pre-April 1996 catalogue. [17] These films are being released on DVD and Blu-ray by Full Moon, under license from MGM. [18]
