NEW in v1.1. -Mod now has two options: Trapsense only familiars (same as V1.0) and Master Thievery familiars. -Master Thievery makes all familiars level 6 rogues with 13 max HP and high scores in Stealth, Lockpicking, Disarm and Set Traps. The Ferret and Cat have high scores in Pickpocketing. All familiars have a Detect Illusions skill of 35.

The Familiar mod includes a little familiar for the player, so it’s not always so lonely in SSP. A Familiar is a kind of protector / companion that always follows the player. They are not tameable like dogs and do not occur in the wild.
Familiar mods? ThacoBell Posts: 12,235. April 2018. Does anyone know of any mods that make familiars useful beyond just sticking in your backpack for health? I prefer to have them travel with my charname, but they are really easy to deadify.
There's a pretty sweet looking mod for BGT/BG2 that allows for alternate familiars and that lets familiars level-up; but it isn't compatible with BGEE. I've spoken to the author, who doesn't have EE and therefore can't alter the mod for compatibility, and I have ZERO coding experience.
So after looking into this for a week, i would really like to know if anyone has any idea how to make Familiars Mod and Ars Magica 2 compatible, i know that it has to do something with ars thinking that the familiar is a living entity, and from what i've read, the only way to fix it would be to edit something on familiars' side instead of ars.
I have quite a few mods, which are like Ihascupquakes mod.. After I installed the mod "familiars mod" and I added the extended pack also, but after I clicked for buy one of the fam's, it crashed the game and now I can't log on to that world anymore!
