Noyack–Long Beach Road was previously known as Long and Short Beach Highway. CR 60 begins at an at-grade interchange with CR 38 in Noyack between Noyac Bay and Payne's Creek. It narrows down to a two-lane undivided highway which runs on a peninsula, with a parallel park access road on the north side and a bicycle lane on the south side.
