Crispin Diego "Ping" Diaz Remulla (born September 28, 1990) is a Filipino politician who has served as the representative for Cavite's 7th district since 2023. Prior to his election, Remulla served as a member of the Cavite Provincial Board, representing the 7th district from 2019 to 2023, and as a member of the Indang Municipal Council from 2018 to 2019.
[2] Four candidates ran to fill the seat: Crispin Diego Remulla, an incumbent board member from the 7th district and a son of Jesus Crispin Remulla; Melencio "Jun" De Sagun, a former mayor of Trece Martires; and independents Jose Angelito Aguinaldo and Michael Angelo Santos. On October 11, 2022, Juanito Jose Remulla III, then 38, was arrested in Las Piñas for a drug prohibition violation involving ₱1.3 million worth of kush weighing close to 900 grams (32 oz). [ 30 ] [ 31 ] However, he was later acquitted by Las Piñas Regional Trial Court Branch 197 on January 6, 2023.
It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. [3] The district consists of Cavite's de facto capital city of Trece Martires and its adjacent municipalities of Amadeo, Indang, and Tanza. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Crispin Diego Remulla of the National Unity Party (NUP). [4]

He is a son of former governor Juanito Remulla Sr. and sibling of fellow politicians Gilbert and Jesus Crispin Remulla. Remulla entered politics in 1995, when he won as board member of the second district of Cavite. Three years later, in 1998, he was elected as vice governor, a post he held for three terms and in 2010, he became governor.

He is the seventh and youngest child of former Governor Juanito R. Remulla [3] and Ditas Catibayan Remulla. His brothers include former Cavite Governor Juanito Victor "Jonvic" Remulla and Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla. [4] Gilbert spent his childhood in Bel-Air, Makati and Imus, Cavite.
