Apple Venus Volume 1 is the thirteenth studio album by the English rock band XTC, released on March 2, 1999.It was the first on the band's own Idea Records label, distributed through Cooking Vinyl in the United Kingdom and TVT Records in the United States.
It remains XTC's second-highest charting British album, placing at number 16, [30] and the most successful album in the U.S. of their career, peaking at number 41 on the Billboard 200.
