Conference affiliations reflect those in the 2024–25 season; all affiliation changes officially took effect on July 1, 2024. The arenas serve as home venues for both the men's and women's teams except where noted.

The criteria for a league being included in this list are that the league has at least 10 teams and that each team has a home arena with seating capacity of 2,000 or more.
