Varun Joshi, known for his portrayal of Manish in the popular television drama Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on StarPlus, and in the mythological daily soap Vighnaharta Ganesh on Sony Entertainment Television. He earned recognition as the runner-up in the Mr. Delhi 2017 competition and also clinched the runner-up title in the Mr. North India 2017 contest.
Murugan took his true form and blessed the tribesmen, and the chief performed the wedding ceremony of his daughter and Murugan. Murugan is also said to have worshipped his father Shiva at the site as Parangirinathar. The temple is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Madurai in India. In the main shrine, apart from Murugan, the deities Shiva, Vishnu, Vinayaka (Ganesha) and Durga are housed. The temple follows Shaiva tradition of worship.
