Port Austin is the location of the historical northern terminus of US 25. Through town, M-25 turns north along Lake Street and runs concurrently with the northern end of M-53. The highway turns westward on Port Austin Road along the lake where M-53 terminates; this is also the point where the M-25 signage changes from northbound to westbound.
M-43 is a state trunkline highway in the southwestern and central parts of the US state of Michigan.The highway runs from South Haven to Webberville along an indirect path through both rural areas and larger cities.

M-36 is a state trunkline highway in the Lower Peninsula of the US state of Michigan that runs in a west–east direction from Mason to Whitmore Lake. The trunkline connects US Highway 127 (US 127) south of Lansing and US 23 north of Ann Arbor. The highway connects several smaller communities in the rural areas along its route.
[21] [22] The county-designated highway system was created around October 5, 1970, [2] and the section of H-58 was shown on state maps for the first time in 1971. Initially, only the section between Grand Marais and Deer Park was marked as part of H-58. [ 23 ]
M-5 was used as the designation for the former US 2 in Mackinac and Chippewa counties until 1939, when it was redesignated as M-129 on maps. [ 2 ] [ 12 ] The last gravel sections of roadway were paved in 1960 south of Sault Ste. Marie, [ 13 ] and the highway was truncated to end at M-134 in Cedarville in 1963. [ 14 ]
