Suneo shows his diving photos in Palau to Gian and Shizuka. Nobita wants to go to Suneo's house to see more pictures, but he is unwelcomed and Doraemon comforts him. When Nobita wants to dive, Doraemon uses an "Underwater Pump Simulator" (架空水面シミュレーター・ポンプ) to pump the water out of Tokyo, causing the city to submerge.
As Shizuka cries over Doraemon, Buggy suddenly appears from Doraemon's pocket due to Shizuka crying, and goes straight into Poseidon, crashing and destroying both of them. With Poseidon destroyed, the iron guards stops working, allowing Shizuka and Doraemon to rescue the others and leave before the erupting volcano destroys the castle.
Nobita is in the playground with Shizuka, Gian, and Suneo, where he gives them the badge and invites them to the Kingdom. Luca joins them, giving them a grand welcome at the rabbit kingdom. They meet a rabbit that looks like Nobita and named it Nobit, and they tease Nobita. Shizuka requests Nobit to give them a good tour of the place.
Nobita removes the antenna from their other friends bar Shizuka, who was bathing. Doraemon and Nobita decide to finish the dream once Shizukaria scolds them for not finishing it. This time they sneak into Odrome's castle and later Shizukaru joins and gets killed once.
Meanwhile, various areas of Earth covered in nature are reported to have been stolen by a cloud. In Africa, a group of illegal poachers also get lifted due to said clouds. As the news reaches Nobita, the city cloud hits a mountain. Doraemon and Nobita check and find the boy, seen in the beginning who is unconscious while riding a turtle-like ...
After days of not seeing Doraemon, Nobita assumes he went back to the future. Worse, after school, Gian and Suneo accuse him of lying about his trip, while Shizuka defends him. Completely stoic, Nobita uses the suitcase to show them the hotel, even though the staff is still nowhere to be seen. That evening, planes bomb and attack the group.
Nobisuke Nobi Jr. (野比ノビスケ, Nobi Nobisuke) is Nobita and Shizuka's son, named after Nobita's father. Though being as stupid as his father, he is a strong child and a good athlete, and brave enough to bully Gian and Suneo's sons (possibly as retaliation for all of his father's suffering from their dads).
