Aespa (/ ˈ ɛ s ˌ p ɑː / ES-pah; Korean: 에스파; RR: Eseupa, stylized in all lowercase or as æspa) is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment.The group consists of four members: Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning.
Synk: Parallel Line is the ongoing second worldwide concert tour by South Korean girl group Aespa, in support of their first studio album Armageddon (2024). The tour began on June 29, 2024, at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, and will conclude on March 16, 2025, at KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea.
On February 19, 2024, Aespa officially announced their second world tour, Synk: Parallel Line, via X and Weverse, with the first stop scheduled in Seoul on June 29 and 30, 2024. On April 22, 2024, SM Entertainment announced that Aespa would be releasing their first studio album titled Armageddon.It was also announced that the album would feature two singles: "Supernova" and "Armageddon", with the former releasing on May 13 and the latter, along with the album, on May 27. Synk: Hyper Line was the first worldwide concert tour by South Korean girl group Aespa, in support of their extended plays Savage (2021), Girls (2022), and My World (2023). The tour began on February 25, 2023, in Seoul, South Korea and concluded on September 30, 2023, in Paris, France.
On September 23, 2024, SM Entertainment announced that Aespa would be releasing their fifth extended play titled Whiplash with the lead single of the same name on October 21.
