Orford is a seaside village located on the east coast of Tasmania, Australia, approximately 73 kilometres (45 mi) north-east of the state-capital of Hobart.Situated on Paredarerme pungenna country, [2] and nestled around the mouth of the Prosser River, the village sits on the southern edge of Prosser Bay, with the Mercury Passage stretching out beyond the bay’s waters.

Spring Beach is a rural locality in the local government area (LGA) of Glamorgan–Spring Bay in the South-east LGA region of Tasmania. The locality is about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) south of the town of Triabunna. The 2016 census recorded a population of 97 for the state suburb of Spring Beach. [1]
