Dr. Woe is a mad scientist who is the archenemy of Martian Commander X-2. When Woe plotted to take over Mars, X-2 had to fight him in order to free Queen Tyr'ahnee only for Duck Dodgers to interfere and thwart him. He is portrayed by the mad scientist from "Water, Water Every Hare". Woe was voiced by Joe Alaskey.

Queen Tyr'ahnee (voiced by Tia Carrere) – The beautiful ruler of Mars and Dodgers' love interest. Just like Cadet, she believes him to be a true hero. Her outfits are reminiscent of Martian Princesses in the John Carter of Mars book series. K-9 (voiced by Frank Welker) – Martian Commander X-2's dog.
In Duck Dodgers, he is a Martian commander in service of the Martian Queen Tyr'ahnee. This show reused his original name from The Hasty Hare (although the opening credits list him as Marvin playing Commander X-2, in the same way as Daffy is playing Duck Dodgers).
In the Duck Dodgers season 2 episode, "Talent Show a Go-Go," the song is sung by the show's main antagonist Queen Tyr'ahnee, the Martian Queen. In The Simpsons Season 26 episode, "The Musk Who Fell to Earth," lines from the song are sung by Carl during a flashback montage.

They are hired by Queen Tyr'Ahnee and Martian Commander X-2 to break up Duck Dodgers and the Eager Young Space Cadet with their vocal impersonations of them. It nearly worked until Duck Dodgers and Cadet discovered them. They managed to persuade Hubie and Bertie into using their tricks on Queen Tyr'Ahnee and Martian Commander X-2.
