The Turtle Wax probably is a water based dressing. The presence of silicone does not determine if a dressing is water based or not. Most of the products we use contain silicone, even the waxes and sealents.
No, it's the one in a white 1/2 gallon bottle. You don't have to shake it up and the color is a puke green (sorry, but that is the best description of the color. I found it at Target for $4.99. Suds up real nicely. Don't know about any waxing properties though. I was using the Turtle Wax Emerald Car Wash Soap, but I can't find it anymore.
I picked up some Turtle Wax F21 super protectant spray at pep boys. I used it on the interior, plastic vinyl and leather steering wheel. It says it will work on all these surfaces. Looks pretty good and not greasy. I was going to also use it on my leather seats because they are coated leather and I don't want to use leather conditioner.
I observed a friend of mine using this product on the interior of his C5 Corvette and he gave me the remaining 1/4 of his bottle to try.

Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss x 2 layers Excellent gloss, depth, and lots of compliments. However, after a few regular washes over about 2 weeks, the truck obviously needed a re-wax. The Ultra Gloss just is not that durable. I've since cleaned the paint and applied 4 coats of Meg's NXT and haven't looked back since.
