The whole thing takes only a few steps more that what you already have. OmegaT is extremely flexible so that you can fine tune its behavior to exactly fit your workflow. Can't you simply export the texts (rather than copy and paste) as CAT tools, especially Trados, are able to import a huge variety of files.

Thanks:) we were going to try to find them homes but I figured it would be too sad to separate them. They seemed pretty traumatized and pretty attached to each other. I got pretty attached to them, too. So now they are fat, sassy and lazy. Exactly what a cat wants to be!
