This article lists the history record of the Phoenix at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. From 1979-2001 the Horizon League was called the Midwestern Collegiate Conference. In 2007 the Mid-Continent Conference changed its name to the Summit League.
The Green Bay men's basketball team began play in the 1969–70 school year where it competed at the NAIA level before moving to NCAA Division II in 1973. In 1982, it moved to NCAA Division I, where it competed in the Association of Mid-Continent Universities (now the Summit League).
