Darrell Cecil "Shifty" Powers (13 March 1923 – 17 June 2009) [1] was a non-commissioned officer with Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, in the 101st Airborne Division during World War II.
District 3 is a district in the Texas House of Representatives. It was created in the 3rd legislature (1849–1851). The district has been represented by Republican Cecil Bell Jr. since January 8, 2013, upon his initial election to the Texas House.
