Seven Presidents Park is an oceanfront park in the city of Long Branch, New Jersey, USA, maintained by the Monmouth County Park System. It is named after U.S. Presidents Ulysses S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, and Woodrow Wilson, all of whom spent time in the area's resorts. [1]
The boardwalk has been home to the Ocean City Baby Parade since 1909. The grand oceanfront Flanders Hotel was built in the 1920s. In 1927, a fire destroyed the entire boardwalk, although the Flanders Hotel was spared. Music Pier, a music venue, was built in 1929. In 1930, an amusement park known as "Gillian's Fun Deck" opened.
According to the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism the state has experienced a steady rise in tourism, with 120.5 million visitors in 2023, up from 114.6 million a year prior.
