Wilhelm Schmidthild (born Wilhelm Schmidt; January 30, 1876 – January 30, 1951) was a German painter, graphic artist, illustrator and art professor. He chose as his field detailed documentation as an illustrator for botanical and zoological reference books and free compositions in the tradition of realism. He is also known as Schmidt-Hild.

Hans Werner Schmidt (1859 – 1950) was a German painter, illustrator and etcher. Primarily, he created history paintings, frequently dealing with the history of Weimar and the life of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Grown up as the son of a craftsman, Schmidt began studying at the Weimar Saxon Grand Ducal Art School in 1879.

Schmitt (1861–1952), a music professor and organist, and Grace Tod Wood Schmitt (1864–1949).He left Warren High School before graduating to study art in New York City under the patronage of Zell Hart Deming, editor of the local Warren Tribune newspaper and a prominent local patron of the arts.
