Setya Novanto (born 12 November 1955), colloquially referred to as Setnov, is an Indonesian former politician, presently serving a 15 year prison sentence for corruption. He was chairman of Golkar Party and speaker of the People's Representative Council ( Indonesian : Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat , DPR) until his arrest in 2017 for corruption.
