Crown House was listed as Grade II* on 19 January 1951. [17] This defines it as a "particularly important" building of "more than special interest". [19] As of February 2001, it was one of 13 Grade II* listed buildings, and 535 listed buildings of all grades, in the borough of Hastings.
Holmshurst Manor was originally built by Goddard Hepden (Hebden) in 1610 and bears his initials "GH" carved in a coat-of-arms on the lintel. [6] [7] Hepden was born in Burwash in about 1550, the son of John Hepden and Joan Wenham.

Marine Court is a Grade II listed [1] Streamline Moderne apartment block on the seafront of St Leonards-on-Sea, [2] part of the town and borough of Hastings in East Sussex, England. The block was built between 1936 and 1938 and was modelled on the recently launched Cunard ocean liner Queen Mary.
In 1923 it was rebuilt in Cambridge Road and renamed the Royal East Sussex Hospital. In 1993 this closed when the Conquest Hospital, was opened. This is managed by the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. In 2021 a new medical centre which houses two GP surgeries and a pharmacy, located next to West St Leonards Community Centre, was opened.

121 All Saints Street Hastings is a Grade II listed building [1] in the Conservation Area of Hastings Old Town, East Sussex, England. It was built in 1648, is timber-frame, jettying to the front and side, and with a dragon beam, and bears the crest of Sir James Duke, 1st Baronet. [2] It is one of the best preserved half-timbered houses in Hastings.
