Warren is a city in and the county seat of Trumbull County, Ohio, United States. [3] Located along the Mahoning River, Warren lies approximately 14 miles (23 km) northwest of Youngstown and 56 miles (90 km) southeast of Cleveland. The population was 39,201 at the 2020 census.
The district is somewhat more Democratic than its predecessor even though it includes heavily Republican Warren County. Following the 2012 elections, the 13th district changed to take in much of the territory in the former 17th district, including the city of Youngstown and areas east of Akron.
