Melvin Jason Smalls (born January 4, 1980), [2] known professionally as Drag-On, is an American rapper. He is best known for his time on Ruff Ryders , through whom he released his debut album, Opposite of H2O (2000).

The album was recorded on 10 August 1984 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre during the promotion of the Body and the Beat album. Live One was released in June 1985 [1] and peaked at number 62 on the Australian Kent Music Report.
