Ground beef, mixed vegetables and macaroni combine to create a satisfying and comforting dish that’s quick to prepare—it comes together in just 25 minutes—and packed full of flavor. Plus, it’s versatile enough to suit picky eaters or be spiced up for more adventurous palates.
Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and let cook 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni and continue simmering until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes more.
